الشروط والأحكام

الشروط دي بتنظم استخدامك لموقع mommysmart.net وتطبيق Mommy's Mart، المملوكين لـ Mommy's Mart، طنطا، الغربية، مصر. لما تطلبي أوردر، بتوافقي على الشروط دي وعلى سياسات الاسترجاع والإلغاء والشحن والخصوصية.

  1. الأهلية: لازم يكون سنك 18 سنة على الأقل، أو الطلب يكون بموافقة ولي الأمر.
  2. المنتجات: بنبيع منتجات أصلية للأم والطفل من مصادر معتمدة. صور المنتجات للتوضيح، والألوان ممكن تختلف شوية.
  3. الأسعار: كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وشاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة. مصاريف الشحن بتظهر لوحدها في صفحة الدفع. من حقنا نغير الأسعار في أي وقت، بس السعر وقت الطلب هو اللي بيتطبق.
  4. الطلبات: الأوردر بيتأكد بس بعد ما نبعتلك تأكيد. من حقنا نرفض أو نلغي أوردر بسبب المخزون أو خطأ في السعر أو شبهة احتيال، مع رد المبلغ كامل.
  5. الدفع: بنقبل فيزا وماستركارد وميزة وفوري والدفع عند الاستلام. الدفع الإلكتروني بيتعالج عن طريق فوري (FawryPay)، وإحنا مش بنخزن بيانات الكروت.
  6. التوصيل والاسترجاع والإلغاء: بيتم حسب سياسات الشحن والاسترجاع والإلغاء المنشورة.
  7. حسابك: إنتي مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على بيانات الدخول وعن أي نشاط على حسابك.
  8. الملكية الفكرية: محتوى الموقع واللوجو والتصميم ملك Mommy's Mart، وممنوع نسخهم من غير إذن.
  9. المسؤولية: لازم المنتجات تستخدم حسب تعليمات الشركة المصنعة، ومسؤوليتنا محدودة بقيمة المنتج المشترى.
  10. القانون الحاكم: الشروط دي خاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ومنها قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018، وأي نزاع بيكون من اختصاص محاكم طنطا.

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of mommysmart.net and the Mommy's Mart app, operated by Mommy's Mart, Tanta, Gharbia, Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Return, Cancellation, Shipping and Privacy policies.

  1. Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with a parent's or guardian's consent.
  2. Products: we sell original baby and maternity products from authorized sources. Product photos are for illustration; colors may vary slightly.
  3. Prices: all prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT. Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order applies.
  4. Orders: an order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
  5. Payment: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Fawry and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by Fawry (FawryPay); we do not store card data.
  6. Delivery, returns and cancellations: handled as described in our Shipping, Return & Refund, and Cancellation policies.
  7. Your account: you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
  8. Intellectual property: the site's content, logo and design belong to Mommy's Mart and may not be copied without permission.
  9. Liability: products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  10. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Tanta courts.
