سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

بنوصل لكل المحافظات داخل مصر بس، ومفيش شحن دولي حالياً.

تجهيز الأوردر: الأوردر بيتجهز خلال 1–2 يوم عمل من التأكيد.
مدة التوصيل: من 3 لـ 5 أيام عمل من الشحن حسب مكانك، والمناطق البعيدة ممكن تاخد وقت أطول.
مصاريف الشحن: بتتحسب حسب المحافظة وحجم الأوردر، وبتظهر بوضوح في صفحة الدفع قبل ما تدفعي.
التتبع: هيوصلك تأكيد ورقم تتبع أول ما الأوردر يتشحن.
عند الاستلام: افحصي الأوردر قدام المندوب، وبلغينا بأي تلف أو نقص خلال 48 ساعة زي ما هو موضح في سياسة الاسترجاع.
تعذر التوصيل: لو المندوب موصلكيش بعد محاولتين، الأوردر بيرجعلنا وبنتواصل معاكي نحدد ميعاد تاني.
الاستلام من الفرع: تقدري تستلمي الأوردر من فرعنا في طنطا، منطقة الإستاد أمام شارع 306 بجوار صيدلية الطرشوبي.

We deliver to all governorates within Egypt only. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Processing time: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days from shipping, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping fees: calculated based on your governorate and order size, and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: you receive a confirmation and a tracking number once your order ships.
On delivery: please check your order in front of the courier. Report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours, as described in our Return Policy.
Failed delivery: if the courier cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the order is returned to us and we contact you to reschedule.
Store pickup: you can also collect your order from our branch in Tanta, El Estad area, facing Street 306, next to El-Tarshouby Pharmacy.
