سياسة الخصوصية

Mommy's Mart بتحترم خصوصيتك. السياسة دي بتوضح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها على mommysmart.net وعلى التطبيق، وبنستخدمها إزاي.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

  • الاسم ورقم الموبايل والإيميل وعنوان التوصيل اللي بتكتبيهم وقت الطلب أو إنشاء الحساب.
  • سجل الأوردرات والرسايل اللي بتبعتيهالنا.
  • بيانات تقنية زي نوع الجهاز والمتصفح والكوكيز، عشان نشغل الموقع ونطوره.

بيانات الكارت

إحنا مش بنخزن ولا بنشوف بيانات الكارت بتاعك. كل المدفوعات الإلكترونية بتتعالج بأمان عن طريق مزود الدفع المرخص فوري (FawryPay)، المطابق لمعيار الأمان PCI-DSS. بيانات الكارت بتتكتب على صفحة الدفع الآمنة الخاصة بالمزود وبتتشفر.

بنستخدم بياناتك في إيه

  • تنفيذ وتوصيل الأوردرات ومتابعتها، بما فيها الاسترجاع واسترداد المبالغ.
  • التواصل معاكي بخصوص الأوردر.
  • إرسال العروض والنشرة البريدية، لو اشتركتي بس، وتقدري تلغي الاشتراك في أي وقت.
  • منع الاحتيال والالتزام بالقانون.

مشاركة البيانات

عمرنا ما بنبيع بياناتك. بنشارك بس اللي محتاجينه مع: مزود الدفع، وشركات الشحن عشان توصيل الأوردر، والجهات الحكومية لو القانون طلب ده.

حقوقك

تقدري تطلبي تشوفي بياناتك أو تعدليها أو تمسحيها من خلال mommysmart515@gmail.com. بنحتفظ بالبيانات بس طول ما هي لازمة للخدمة وللمتطلبات القانونية، طبقاً لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.

التعديلات

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي، وهننشر النسخة الجديدة في نفس الصفحة بتاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy

Mommy's Mart respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on mommysmart.net and our mobile app, and how we use it.

Data we collect

  • Name, phone number, email and delivery address you enter when ordering or creating an account.
  • Order history and messages you send us.
  • Technical data such as device type, browser and cookies, used to run and improve the site.

Payment card data

We do not store or see your card details. All online payments are processed securely by our licensed payment provider Fawry (FawryPay), which complies with the PCI-DSS security standard. Your card data is entered on the provider's secure page and encrypted.

How we use your data

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
  • To contact you about your order.
  • To send offers and newsletters, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with: the payment provider, shipping companies to deliver your order, and government authorities when required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to view, correct or delete your personal data by contacting mommysmart515@gmail.com. We keep data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with its update date.
