Return Policy

Items shipped from can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts or not as described could be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. It may take up to two weeks for Marketplace Seller orders. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Amazon. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items. We can only provide a refund in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies. Any item which you send or return to Amazon cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you.

Baby Items

  • Baby items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment , as long as they are in their original packaging, with factory-seal, and were not opened or used. Amazon has the right to deny the return of baby-items that are not customary to be returned for hygienic reasons or in case the packaging makes it impossible to verify that they are not used.
  • Baby products fulfilled by Amazon qualify for free return shipping. If your return is not a result of an Amazon error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
