To protect the health and safety of all mothers and babies, we accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order, exclusively under the following two conditions:

• Wrong Item Received — If we sent you a product different from what you ordered.
• Manufacturing Defect or Damage — If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect right upon opening the package.

Products must be returned sealed and in their original condition, unopened and unused, to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
